Not medical advice
The app is no substitute for a doctor or certified coach. Weights, reps and estimates are indicative only. Consult a health professional and stop if you feel pain.
Pro subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel them from your Google Play account.
Your data, your responsibility
Your data stays on your device. JSON and CSV export in Settings lets you keep a lasting backup.
App changes
Features may change, be added or removed over updates.
